Kathy found her second calling after being a stay at home mom of 4 for 20 years when she became a realtor, and now spends her time finding the perfect homes for people like you.
Being Kathy’s client means you are one of her own. She’ll go to work trimming your trees, helping to stage your house, buying moving boxes, hauling items to goodwill, even baking cookies for you on closing day. Kathy’s not just a kind heart and a go-get-’em attitude. She’s been a part of the Colorado Springs community since 1984, flipping, designing, and building homes, and moving thirteen times! She understands the market and what it takes to buy and sell a house, having sold over 700 houses since 2014!
Kim joined her mom’s team in 2025, after being an Interior Designer for 10 years. She fell in love with everything about houses at a young age, with her mom in real estate and her dad in construction, growing up flipping houses with them and learning everything there is about a home and what it needs before heading off to the Interior Design Institute to get her degree. Now, paired up with Kathy, they are Colorado’s favorite team! Staging and selling homes for the most amount of money possible, and having a blast doing it!
