We will sell your home for a MAX of 3% of whatever the Sale Price is. Included in that fee is the cost of our office, our staging time and staging items, photography, videography and 3D Tours as well as hours of questions answered and fun times!
Other Agents will charge you 3% AND charge you fees for all of those other items.

The State of Colorado has amazing contracts! They were made years ago by Licensed Attorneys and Realtors and can’t be changed other than by the Commission. There are ways that we make the contracts true to you, to help you and the buy come to an agreement in the best way. You will see contracts like Listing Agreements/Buyer Agency, Contract to Buy-and-Sell Real Estate, Inspection Objection/Resolution, Amend/Extend and more!

Showing Time! If you list your home for sale, you will get added to Showing Time to receive texts, emails or calls (whichever your prefer) to let you know of any showing requests, and then you can Confirm or Deny them for there! Every showing is required to be hosted by a Licensed Real Estate Professional, so your home is always safe.

Excellent Question! This happens all the time. We recommend listing your home first and getting it under contract before you start looking for homes, if possible!
But if you found a home that you love, we can help you get ready for listing as soon as possible. The quicker we get your home on the Market, the better! That way your Contingent Offer will more likely be accepted by the seller of the home you love!
